  • THE BEST PANCAKES These thick, perfectly golden pancakes are perfect for stretching out your weekend breakfasts. While they’re quite easy to make, our pancakes require a bit of prep work to yield the best results. Enjoy them with maple syrup and fruits.
  • WE LOVE: MAPLE CREAM BLONDIES We have a weakness for blondies, the golden counterpart to brownies. Our team also fell for this recipe developed by our colleague, standardization chef Danielle. These rich and dense blondies are covered with an icing reminiscent of maple fudge, made with brown sugar and powdered sugar. They’re absolutely irresistible!
  • SIPPING NEWS: A PIÑA CANADA! Inspired by the piña colada, we recreated the sunny pineapple and lime cocktail, but with local flavours. Instead of rum and coconut cream, we used a cream-based liqueur and a hint of maple syrup. It’s the perfect choice for warming one’s spirit while the cold still lingers outside.
