Fonctionnement simple et efficace. Se nettoie facilement. L’ergonomie de la poignée, à mon avis, est malheureusement trop large. Se fixe bien aux chaudrons avec les 3 encoches, mais cependant j’aurais ajouter un antidérapant sous la poignée pour qu’elle ne glisse pas en pressant. Outil tout de même solide et pratique.
