Très déçue de mon achat. La pâte colle au laminoir et s’accumule dans les rouleaux si on n’ajoute pas constamment une tonne de farine. Donc, un temps fou pour réaliser une série de pâtes à lasagne! Je n’ai pas osé utiliser les coupe-pâte, trop peur du résultat! C’est la première expérience décevante que j’ai avec les produits Ricardo. Désolée…
