I honestly think all the reviews here are fake. We make popcorn a few times a week as it's our go to snack. Our old popcorn machine died after 30 years of service. We wanted to buy from a Canadian company and found Ricardo online. The reviews made me think the machine was decent. As a result we bought one and tried it. Several issues with the design and performance of the machine. First kernels will get stuck between the housing and the chamber when filling. If they don't reach the chamber than they won't be exposed to the hot air and therefore won't pop. Second is the chamber is too short. Just as many un-popped kernels fall into the bowl as popped. Third, when the machine finished there were a lot of un-popped kernels in the chamber. Finally, kernels and popcorn miss the bowl and fall all over the counter top and floor. For something that seems so basic this machine is terrible. Based the the 5 star reviews I read I'm thinking these people either work for the company or have never used the machine. I've never been so disappointed in a purchase in my life even though it's only $50. Also please be aware they have a policy of no returns. How convenient for them.

Lorsque l'on ajoute le popcorn le couvercle transparent débarque et aussi lorsque la machine est en marche le couvercle de plastique débarque. Donc il y a du popcorn partout. Il n'a pas un bon ancrage au couvercle. Déçue de notre achat.

On adore le principe! C'est facile et rapide. La seule chose, c'est que le dessus de la machine est déjà en train de fondre après 2 utilisations. Le plastique fait des bulles et fond. Pour l'instant, ça ne nuit pas à l'utilisation, mais c'est quand même décevant pour un produit neuf.
