In-store pickup

We offer free in-store pickup within 48 hours for all products that are in stock at the selected store.

To choose in-store pickup, select the RICARDO Boutique + Café store of your choice in the Shipping method section when finalizing your online transaction.

Your order should be processed and assembled within a maximum of 48 hours. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is ready to pick up. Please wait until you have received confirmation before going to the store. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received the confirmation email.

To pick up your order, go to the store selected and indicated in your confirmation email with your ID and the order confirmation received by email. Pick up available for 7 days once email confirmation is sent. Beyond this period, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

When picking up your order, you will receive a 10% discount on any additional purchases made at the selected store. Valid only for the day of pickup.
