Bought the book when it was first available for purchase. I absolutely love it!! The recipes are easy to assemble and not a whole lot of ingredients to most. I like that. All the tips and information for sheet pain cooking are great as well! It helps you to prepare and answers all the questions I had about this way of cooking. Bravo Ricardo! Another great cookbook. I think it could be the "bible" for sheet pan cooking. Thank you.
