Accepted methods of payment

You can securely pay for your order by using Visa, MasterCard or a RICARDO gift card.

For security and anti-fraud reasons, purchases from our online boutique made by credit card will be accepted only if the name and billing address match the name on the purchaser’s credit card and the address listed on the credit file.

When in doubt, we reserve the right to verify the validity of the transaction with the cardholder and cancel the order if necessary.

All gift cards purchased at the online boutique before September 2017 are no longer active. When making a purchase, please contact our customer service to obtain a new gift card number or an equivalent promotional code.

Taxes

Canadian provincial and federal taxes are applied to your order according to the rates in effect at the time of your purchase and the delivery address linked to your order. Books are tax-exempt under Quebec QST. All amounts are in Canadian dollars.

Sales taxes do not apply to foreign orders.

If you return an item for refund, the refund will include the sales tax you paid at the time of purchase.
