With this cooking sauce, you can enjoy the great taste of BBQ pulled pork without all the hours of prep. You'll love its delicious sweet-and-sour blend of tomatoes and spices.

 

Main protein

  • For 2.2 lbs boneless pork shoulder roast, cut into 8 pieces.
    Delicious served in burger buns.

    Oven: In a large skillet, brown the meat in 2 tbsp oil. Add the sauce. Cover and cook in a 350°F (180°C) preheated oven for 3 hours or until the meat is tender.

    Slow cooker: Coat the meat in the sauce. Cover and cook for 8 hours on Low.

    Pressure cooker: Coat the meat in the sauce. Cover and select the Meat function. Set to cook for 45 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally for 15 minutes.



 

 
Alternative proteins

  • For 2.2 lbs beef blade roast, cut into 8 pieces.

  • For 6 skinless whole chicken legs.

  • For 1 ½ lbs firm tofu, patted dry, then crumbled or grated.  
    Delicious served in burger buns.


    Skillet : In a large non-stick skillet, brown the tofu in 2 tbsp oil. Add the sauce. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
