Alternative proteins

  • For 8 pork cutlets.
    Delicious served with a steamed green vegetable.

    Skillet: In a large non-stick skillet, brown 2 to 3 cutlets at a time in 2 tbsp butter. Add the sauce and all of the meat. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  • For 4 white fish fillets (cod, halibut or other).
    Delicious served with a steamed green vegetable.

    Skillet: In a large non-stick skillet, brown the fish fillets on both sides in 2 tbsp butter. Add the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes or until the fish is cooked

    Note: If desired, add ¼ cup 35% cream in the last minute of cooking for a creamier, richer sauce.
